Movie Monday - Hitchcock Quiz & Wolfman Trailer

A busy (but quite fun) week has left me with no movies to review!

So, here are a couple of other movie-related items for you to enjoy:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A short quiz on Alfred Hitchcock
I scored 60%. Love to know what you get!
And here is the trailer for the upcoming (but delayed) film The Wolfman
The postponement makes me nervous, since this is now the FOURTH release date the film has had. But I have to admit, what's in the trailer looks good. I am a fan of the old, original The Wolf Man film, and this seems to keep at least the basic story intact. Could be quite interesting.
This new film is now due to be released on February 12, 2010 and stars Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving.
  1. Hi! Caffeinated Joe, and Brian..
    I scored a 80%...I think that I would have scored a 100% but I never watched Hitchcock's
    Frenzy.
    That trailer is interesting, but I like the original Universal monsters...The Wolfman, The Mummy, Frankenstein too.
    As a matter fact, I just purchased a couple of Universal boxsets. and I watched this film called The Son of Frankenstein...starring Basil Rathbone for the first time that was pretty good!
    Take care!
  3. Inflation: I also noticed how the money that Marion Crane, had stolen in Hitchcock's version increased by the time Gus Van Sant released his frame by frame version of Hitch's 1960 film Psycho.
    It went from a "paltry" $40,000 to $400,000...Wow!
  5. Wings, I have got to see this! I can't get over how much Ron looks like Lon Jr. The effects are what I would have expected but the story plays fantastic!
    And I can't believe I missed two on the Hitchcock quiz!
