Kristin Chenoweth
Kristin Chenoweth first came to my attention on the late, lamented Pushing Daisies. She was a stand-out on that show, and I am amazed that no other show or network has signed her to a starring role of her own. (Although a recurring part on Glee seems like a good start).

I am not a fan of musicals or Broadway shows, but this performance by Kristin is something amazing. It is almost like she is performing three parts in one.
Just incredible talent there, all in one cute little package.

My wife always jokes that her "freebie" is the actor Wentworth Miller (Michael Scofield from Prison Break). I think my new "freebie" is Miss Chenoweth.
Happy Saturday!

Yeah, I'd love to spend a weekend with her in a cheap motel doing "adult things" all weekend long.
ReplyDeleteIs she really singing those operatic parts? I can't get Pushing Up Daisies here since my ratbag brother put in his digital areal and blocked the signal to the only decent channel on telly! *sob*
ReplyDeletewow. crazy vid...superb job. i wonder if actors ever find themselves feeling a bit multipersonality...slipping into their roles?
ReplyDeleteI would put her in my pocket and run to the field of sunflowers and just hug her and squeeze her and call her George.
ReplyDeleteWho knew she could sing? She was good in "The West Wing" too.
ReplyDeleteI'm willing to bet she's had TV offers. She is, however, primarily a theatre actor, and I think she prefers it that way.
ReplyDeleteI adore Kristin, she's GREAT!!
ReplyDeleteShe's just too adorable.
Ahh, yes, cute! VERY cute! :)
ReplyDeleteLove her too!
ReplyDeleteUPDATE:
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Kristin Chenoweth: Emmy Winner for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series!
